Presenter FAQs
- Presentation format: For presenters, your digest will undergo a rigorous double-blind review by a distinguished technical committee comprising of industry and academic experts. By mid-July, 2025, you will receive the review decision and be notified by the committee members of your presentation format, whether oral or poster.
- For oral presentation: your presentation time slot is 25 minutes including 5 minutes of discussion, as part of the Conference sessions.
- For poster presentation: your poster will be printed out by organizer and presented onsite by yourself. They will be displayed alongside the exhibition booths of top international companies, to ensure optimum visibility and rich interactions with Conference delegates and exhibition booth visitors.
- Presentation Language: Please note the official language for presentations is ENGLISH.
- Presenter Registration Fee: You will be notified to pay the registration fee if your abstract is accepted. Once your Technical Paper Digest is accepted, submit your full paper adhering to the provided guidelines by October 1, 2025..

Name and company of the presenter will be published in the online and print material of the event; address and communication data will not be referred. If you do not want any further information please inform us immediately.
No-show policy
If as a Presenter you are, for any reason, unable to attend the conference, we would urge
that a co-author or appropriate colleague from your company/university present the paper in
your place.
Please note that speaker changes are only possible in exceptional cases and have to be
reported immediately in writing to [email protected]

If no one is available to present the paper and Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India Pvt Ltd.
has not been notified beforehand, the speaker will not be accepted for any other future PCIM
Conferences.
